Tamil cinemas best known villain M N Nambiar passed away in Chennai today. He was 88. Born in the Kannur district of Kerala, Nambiar has acted in over a 1000 movies spanning almost seven decades.

Koena Mitra returns to Tamil screen
After six years, Bollywood actress Koena Mitra returns to Tamil cinema with a cameo in Ayan. The actress, who was seen in films like Musafir and Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena, shot for a dance number in a Mumbai studio with Tamil icon Surya. It was choreographed by Ganesh Acharya, publicist said.
